With more than 40 years of experience in landscape architecture and golf course design, Vance has led projects ranging from comprehensive course renovations and infrastructure improvements to long-term master planning and strategic development.

His design philosophy is rooted in respecting the unique character and history of each course while introducing thoughtful, practical, and sustainable improvements. The result is a course that honors its identity, enhances the golfer experience, and remains relevant for generations to come.

Golf Course Architecture & Engineering

With more than three decades of experience in golf course architecture and engineering, Bob has contributed to championship-caliber projects across the country, including extensive work alongside Tom Watson.

His unique blend of engineering expertise and architectural vision allows him to navigate complex design and construction challenges with precision while preserving the character and integrity of each course.

Player Perspective & Strategy

Two-time PGA TOUR winner Robert Streb brings the perspective and insight of a player who has competed at the highest level on many of the world's premier golf courses.
